We contracted with them to 1) restore a 160 old historical wooden exterior door, 2) restore and repaint a large bike closet, 3) reinforce, restore and repaint a trash closet, 4) install vinyl flooring and 5) scrape and repaint a handful of sections of walls and ceilings in the common area of the brownstone. The work was executed at an extremely high level, on a timely basis and with unfailing courtesy. If anything else to fix at our building, we'd hire them in a heartbeat.

I’ve used these guys several times and the work has always been terrific. Detail oriented and very thorough. Last week I had an emergency, called them at 6pm asking for help the following morning. Sure enough, they were out the following morning and took care of my problem. They’ve done carpentry work, built a garden shed , put down a floor They seem to be able to do everything.

My experience with NEHR was very positive. Nelio coordinated the painting of the interior of my home. He was very conscientious about the prep work, details, and cleanup. He expects high standards from his team. Started job on time, finished on time, and was agreeable to any changes and additions to my requests. His quote was the lowest of 3 painters. Thanks to New England home Repairs, especially to Nelio and his team, they truly did an incredible job on the siding replacement of my house, which was overseen by Lucas. I couldn't be happier with the results I got. They have a great team for painting and carpentry led by Douglas, each one focused on every detail that correspond to them (I'm a person who pays a lot of attention to details. And I was truly pleased). A clean, organized job. With nothing left undone. Recently hired Nelio from New England Home Repair to do repairs to walls, ceiling and paint an upstairs bedroom area. House is old and tlc was desperately needed.
